Who we are

Hiruva LTD (Company no. 16069143, UK) is the data controller for application data collected on this website.

What we collect

When you submit an application we collect the information you provide:

• First & last name, email address
• Links you share (e.g., résumé/LinkedIn, website/GitHub)
• Country and timezone
• Session preference and daily availability
• Your answers about development experience, AI security, interests, Python experience
• Basic technical metadata: IP address and browser user-agent (for security and abuse prevention)

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• Application review & selection — to assess your fit and communicate with you (legitimate interests).
• Administration — to schedule cohorts and manage attendance (legitimate interests).
• Your request to join — by submitting the form you consent to us processing your application (consent).

How we use and share data

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Application data is stored in our database and email systems. We aim to keep processing in the UK/EU with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We retain applications for up to 12 months for cohort administration and follow-ups, then delete or anonymise them.
